Vani Yoga now offers the 30 min Hatha Yoga Sessions for busy folks on the go.The"Express" class includes the same postures and format as the Sivananda Yoga regular class.The only difference is that it is a shorter work out that touches upon the most essential postures,beathing exercises and relaxation techinques.

Having done her Advanced Teacher's Training in Yoga from Kerela, India, she has been practicing & teaching this form for the past 10 years.Vani has taught at the Danish Embassy , New Delhi, the Japanese school, New Delhi and the World Bank, Sydney Australia to name a few. The class comprises of breathing excercises (pranayamas),The Sun Salutations, Sivananda Postures (we will be doing a forward bend , backward bends and lateral stretches). Please try and arrive 10 mins earlier than scheduled time as the classes
will start on time.
INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO CLASS
Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothes or anything that stretches easily is recommended.Yoga is always practiced empty stomach. So there should be a gap of 3hrs between your meal and the class. A light snack or fruit is ok an hr prior to class.Please bring your own yoga mat. We have a few extra mats in case anyone forgets to bring theirs
